Fair Oaks is an unincorporated community in Cobb County, between Marietta and Smyrna, and it takes its name from the big native oaks that shade so many of its streets. Developed in the early 20th century, well before Dobbins Air Reserve Base was built next door, it's a close-knit area where residents use either a Marietta or Smyrna mailing address. Cool Mountain Air serves Fair Oaks from our base in Adairsville, and we've been helping Cobb County families since 1991.
